Description of Classes
Core Flex :
Challenging core and body work using weights, balls, and your own body for resistance combined with Active Isolated Stretching.
Power & Grace:
This class integrates movement, stabilization, and Balance. Barb will get your heart pumping, while increasing strength, flexibility and endurance.
Cardio Core & More:
Let Karen warm you up, stretch you out, and take you into a 30 minute cardio segment to great music.
Then, cool down, stretch and get ready for some strength training. Finish this challenging workout with some great abdominal exercises.
Body Sculpt:
Sculpt and and Tone your body through a variety of exercises, using weights and bands to achieve a Total Body Workout!
TAIrobics:
Barb will take you through 40 minutes of cardio, consisting of Hi/Lo, Kickboxing, or Dance, then finishing up with 15 minutes of Tai-Chi. Great Energizing Workout!
Get on the Ball:
Get ready to take your abdominal workout to the next level. This 30-45 minute class is sure to work your core like never before. No Pain, No Gain!!!
Pilates Fusion :
Pilates core and body work using the ball and weights combined with full body stretching. Tighten up that Torso.
20/20/20:
This class consists of 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of Body Sculpting, and 20 minutes of core conditioning and stretching.
A great overall workout, great for all levels of fitness.
Intervals of Power :
This class combines cardio and weights to give you a total body workout.
Yoga:
Lengthen, Strengthen and Relax. This 1 hour class at Island Fitness is sure to have you energized and feeling great when it is all over.
Let Dottie challenge your flexibility and relieve your stress. Great for all ages.
Pilates:
This class will help you restore the natural balance of your body, tone your muscles, improve your posture, and joint mobility, while working on core muscles. |
