Brenda Canning: Brenda,
a graduate from the University of New Hampshire, is an AFAA Certified
Personal Trainer with over 12 years experience. She trained for 3 years
with the US Olympic Field Hockey Tam, where she competed in the 1996
Summer Olympics and competed and traveled all over the world. Since
athletics have always been part of her life, she has learned to live
a healthy, balanced lifestyle, combining strength, cardiovascular exercise,
flexibility and nutrition to her everyday routine.
Brenda's specialties include: Sport Specific Training, Active Isolated Stretching, Nutritional and Weight Management Programming, Boot Camp, Balance and Functional Training, and Training individuals
with lower back, knee and hip problems. Brenda can help individualize a program
that work for you, along with motivation and meal management, she can help you
reach your short-term and long-term fitness goals for a happier, healthier life.

John Belsito,
MBA: John is the
President of Florida Acceleration & Speed Training
(F.A.S.T.). He has a Masters Degree in Healthcare and is a Licensed Healthcare
Risk Manager. He is an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and
National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Professional, is
certified by IFA, and is a former collegiate basketball coach and certified
USA hockey coach.

Tammy Bryant:Personal Trainer certified by the International Sports Science Association, ISSA. With 12 years of experience under her belt, Tammy has helped many clients achieve their fitness goals.
Tammy was an athlete who has participated in gymnastics, softball, volleyball, track and fitness training. She currently coaches softball in the local area for youth, high school and traveling levels. Tammy specialize in Strength Training, Youth Fitness, Senior Fitness, Injury Prevention, Sports Specific Training, PNF Stretching, Boot Camp, Plyometric Training, Speed Training, Bosu Integrated Balance Training, Sports Nutrition, Nutrition and Weight Management Programs.
Tammy is currently studying Alternative Health and Wellness Programs
Tammy believes that exercise enhances every aspect of physical and mental well being. That is why she works hard to encourage her clients through their tough challenges, as they achieve a more positive life style change to meet there fitness goals.

Ellen’s clients appreciate custom workouts to accomplish goals ranging from improving muscle tone, losing body fat and/or weight. Ellen’s deep nutrition knowledge has helped many lose weight with an effective long-term program. Once 25 pounds overweight, Ellen has overcome life-threatening medical issues. One client lost 120 pounds in 8 months, another 26 pounds in 3 months after following programs designed for them.
Ellen designs programs that help prevent injury and avoid aggravating existing conditions. She teaches “Core is Key” programs and helps clients with safe abdominal and back-strengthening exercises. More than any certification, she is the role model of many athletic accomplishments without injury.
