Brenda Canning: Brenda,
a graduate from the University of New Hampshire, is an AFAA Certified
Personal Trainer with over 12 years experience. She trained for 3 years
with the US Olympic Field Hockey Tam, where she competed in the 1996
Summer Olympics and competed and traveled all over the world. Since
athletics have always been part of her life, she has learned to live
a healthy, balanced lifestyle, combining strength, cardiovascular exercise,
flexibility and nutrition to her everyday routine.
Brenda's specialties include: Balance and Functional Training, and Training individuals
with lower back, knee and hip problems. Brenda can help individualize a program
that work for you, along with motivation and meal management, she can help you
reach your short-term and long-term fitness goals for a happier, healthier life.

John Belsito,
MBA: John is the
President of Florida Acceleration & Speed Training
(F.A.S.T.). He has a Masters Degree in Healthcare and is a Licensed Healthcare
Risk Manager. He is an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and
National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Professional, is
certified by IFA, and is a former collegiate basketball coach and certified
USA hockey coach.

Tammy Bryant: Certified Personal Trainer, certified by the Internatinal Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). With 12 years experience, she has helped many clients achieve their fitness goals with great success. Tammy is an athlete herself, she has participated in gymnastics, softball, volleyball, track, and fitness training. She also is a softball coach in the local area for youth, high school and traveling levels. She specializes in Strength Training, Senior Fitness, Injury Prevention, Sport Specific Training, Youth Fitness, Stretching, Plyometric Training, Nutrition and Weight Management Programs.
Tammy believes that exercise enhances every aspect of your physical and mental well being. That is why she works hard to encourage her clients through their tough challenges, as they achieve a more positive life style change to meet their fitness goals. |
Missina Cutting: I was born a raised in a small town in Massachusetts where the largest gym was the size on a living room. So I moved to sunny FLA in 2005 looking for something more. My interests n this career was a direct result of my own personal weight loss battle. After a lot of hard work and studying how the body and mind work in conjunction, I lost 50lbs and decided I wanted nothing more that to share my knowledge and passion for fitness, I figured if I can do it anybody can.
I received my AFAA Certification for group fitness in 2005 and immediately began studying for the AFAA Personal Training certification which I rece4ived in 2006. I also grew a passion for the Less Mills programs and became certified for Body Step.
Since becoming certified, I have learned that no matter your age or your abilities, ANYONE can get fit and stay fir if you learn to have fun while doing it! I simply live the satisfaction of seeing someone succeed in their goals, whether it is weight loss, better sports performance, or just improved health. I look forward to helping you.
